I love all of her yoga videos I love all of her yoga videos. I think I’ve tried all of them. I had never done yoga before and started with her beginner poses. I told my daughter to try it and my daughter’s reply was “I never had an instructor tell me I’m beautiful.” Kanta is so nice and polite, she even asks you to “please” do certain things After doing workouts by Jillian Michaels, this was refreshing. I love this video I love this video. I’m a beginner to intermediate Yogi practicing 3-4 times a week for about 9 months. I like how this is split into 4 sequences, each harder than the last and a final ground sequence. The only changes I make to the poses are full plank (chaturanga) during the first 2 sequences where she calls for half plank.
