Who edited this thing??? The layout of this book is kind of ridiculous. The table of contents has no intention, making it hard to find main categories. I just started to browse the main hot dishes, and had to laugh. The page number is in the center fold, making it hard to see, and the typo made for laughs. My husband and I are wondering where we can find “rapeseed oil.” I haven’t had a chance to try any recipes yet (which is kind of the whole point of the book), but I needed to give a heads up about the ridiculous…

Healthy & Delicious I can’t say I have fully switched to Vegetarian diet, yet I am on my way to adding more vegetables into my menu, and this cookbook gave me a lot of inspiration.
