Jimmy offers an assortment of recipes that highlight vegetables in Vegan Bodybuilding Cookbook. The nutritional status appears after each recipe. The book could be enhanced with a description of the foods which are unfamiliar to Americans. Another bonus would be a chart to show the metric conversions since many people have not learned them. One of my favorite foods is chickpeas so I was delighted to find them in the least expected recipes in this cookbook.Overall this is an excellent guide…
