Excellent! No BS advice This book is an excellent manual on how to build a better body. Amazing Book, Mike coveres everything you need to know to get the body you always wanted. The book is amazing. I have just devoured it from cover to cover multiple times and the way it is written to the information is great. I’ve tried all different kinds of programs, diets, and supplements, and this one worked the best by far I’d been working out religiously five days per week for about 2 years before I started Michael’s program.
