I found this workbook to be extremely useful. It is laid out in a very easy to understand format that anyone can understand. I particularly liked the way it began with the “emergency control” section at the beginning – recognizing that someone who is buying this type of book is seriously having a problem! The book helps to get at the underlying pain/stress, provocative situations, and trigger thoughts that lead to anger. Also good relaxation techniques and how to help inoculate yourself from, what turned out in my case at least, the “automatic” anger response.
